Yats Restaurant will offer a special Hot Air Balloon Lunch served at the Clark Wine Center which is conveniently located near the Hot Air Balloon Festival site. Price is php550 per person. Popular among food and wine lovers is the special Hot Air Balloon Festival Wine and Cheese tasting to be held also at the Clark Wine Center. This is offered only on Saturday 11th Feburary starting at 4:45 pm to let wine lovers enjoy the afternoon hot air balloon activities scheduled to start at 5:30pm, while enjoying some fine vintage wine along with various cheeses in an organized tasting.

Admission starts at 4:45 pm and the wine and cheese tasting ends at 7pm. A Red-wine Welcome Cocktail will be served at 5pm. Wine and cheese will be served in three flights roughly at 5:30pm, 6pm and 6:30pm.

Watch Philippines Hot Air Balloon over breakfast at roof deck of Clark Wine Center

Popular place to watch the balloons is roof deck of Clark Wine Center and this year, this top rated wine shop will serve early dawn breakfast at its roof deck lawn garden to enable its guests to savor a sumptuous breakfast while waiting to snap pictures of hot air balloons ascending from adjacent launch pads.

Breakfast is served at the Roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center on February 11^th and 12^th (Saturday & Sunday) at 5am.  Hot air balloons are scheduled to take off at 5:30am and return at around 7am.   This seems to be a comfortable and convenient way to observe and take pictures of the balloons taking off at dawn.   Just how close the balloon will fly over the Clark Wine Center depends largely on prevailing wind directions.  Last year, breakfast guests took many good pictures of the hot air balloons flying overhead not so far away.
